Global Conflicts Overview 2016

   There is a general overview of the conflicts around the world divided into two main groups: major conflicts and important conflicts. 

     Firstly, the biggest conflicts which have caused more than 10.000 deaths the last year or constitute a big threaten to the stability in the world, are depicted by a red gun and a red polygon in the area they influence.

    Secondly, the important conflicts in the world are depicted with a black bomb and the area they influence with an orange polygon.

    Specifically, in each of the conflicts you will see a detailed description with the most important facts and dates, as well as the participants and the humanitarian toll they have caused. Also, in some cases, when the participants fight because of the control of important natural resources, you will see what are those and their importance to all of us, like the coltan in the Kivu Conflict.
